I've finished finessing my panel build and I'm ready to wrap and use an Image Transfer for the panel specifics. Does anyone have a Word or PDF version of their text file for the standard stuff (switch labels, Experimental warning, N Number, etc.)? If so, I'd be eternally grateful to try and save some time figuring out the text size. Thanks in advance.

[Ryan- i started to answer with just the laser lettering method, but then it turned into the whole panel construction. Perhaps move this to new thread "Dynon and laser-marked aluminum panel"
It would be easy for me to copy the text there, but then the image files...]

My recent panel build is for a 235. I did all the design in CAD, laser cut aluminum panels, black anodize, then white lettering by CO2 laser.
Planning and thinking about it:

Red is cutting, and blue is etching:

After anodize and laser lettering:
I used 5mm Consolas font as generated in Rhino3D CAD, chosen for best readability.
